We Calcium Tech are committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you. By using our services you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In order to operate the Calcium Tech service and to reduce the risk of fraud, Calcium Tech. ("Calcium Tech" or "we"), the data controller, must ask you to provide us information about yourself and in reference to payment this may involve your credit or debit card. By consenting to, and agreeing the terms of, the Privacy Policy, you also expressly consent and agree to us processing your data in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. Calcium Tech takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. However, in order for us to offer our services to our users; to enhance the quality of its service from time to time; and to protect the interests of our users, we will in limited circumstances and as further described in more detail throughout this policy, share some of your information with third parties under strict restrictions. It is important for you to review this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all services that are hosted on the Calcium Tech website. By accepting the Privacy Policy and User Agreement in registration for our services, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information and direct us to do so in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Calcium Tech User Agreement.
This refers to information such as your name, contact details, preferences and special requirements that you supply us or is supplied to us, including any information about other persons on your relating to the same (“your information”). Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa) or make a purchase from us with us. You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your company are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us. We will update your information whenever we get the opportunity to keep it current, accurate and complete.
We are committed to Protecting your privacy
We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information.
We may collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, together with data about your use of the website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website. Data in relation to credit and debit card payments is processed by a secure website linked to ours and they have their own privacy policy. Any payment information collected during the booking process is used only at that time of booking, this information is securely stored and processed and discarded through encryption technology once processed. At all times you will have full access to your membership area that you created at the time of booking and you are free to make as many payments as you may see fit before your due date. All this data will be stored using encryption technology. All travelled all data of your association with Calcium Tech will be destroyed in your membership area that is unique to you as a customer. This information will include previous trips and when payments are made. No storage of payment methods or details of the payment cards will remain with Calcium Tech once each transaction is processed successfully.
Our Use of Your Information
For the purpose of providing you with our services etc., we may disclose your information to our service providers (who could be located outside the UK/EEA). This may be mandatory (as requested government authorities) to disclose your information for tax and legal reasons, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.
We may collect and use your information for the purposes set out in our registration with the Office of the Information Commissioner, and disclose the same to our “group companies” (some of whom are outside the UK/EEA) for business purposes. We may also disclose your information to companies who act as “data processors” on our behalf, or to our service providers operating systems or business functions on our behalf, some of whom are outside the UK/EEA. These purposes include administration, providing services (and contacting you where necessary), customer care, improving our service, business management and operation, re-organisation/structuring/sale of our business (or our group companies), risk assessment, security and crime prevention/detection, research and analysis, marketing, monitoring, measuring and assessing customer purchasing preferences and trends, dispute resolution, credit checking and debt collection.
Some of your information (such as health or religion) may be considered “sensitive personal data” under the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect it to cater to your needs or act in your interest, and we are only prepared to accept sensitive personal data from you on the condition that we have your positive consent. By purchasing from us you also agree for your insurers, their agents and medical staff to disclose relevant information (which may contain sensitive personal data) to us in circumstances where we need to act in the interest of the business relationship.
Direct Marketing Material
(1) We may from time to time contact you with information on offers of goods and services, brochures, new products, forthcoming events or competitions from our holiday divisions and our holiday group companies. Please note that our websites will assume you to agree to e-communications when you make a booking. You will be given the opportunity on every e-communication we send you to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing material.

(3) If do not wish to receive such information or would like to change your preference, please refer to point (2) of “Your Rights” below.
(1) You have the right to ask in writing by completing our Data Subject Access Request form for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in your information.
(2) You have the right to ask in writing not to receive direct marketing material about our products and services. If the following facilities are available, you can amend your previous preference on our website(s), using our “unsubscribe e-mail” or in literature which you subsequently return to us. Once properly notified by you, we will take steps to stop using your information in this way.

Calcium Tech is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. When you use Calcium Tech Vacations to pay money for a holiday, we ask you to provide information related to each transaction, consisting of the amount of the transaction, the type of transaction, full name, address and the email address. We retain this information for each of your transactions until it is processed. We also collect the Internet address (IP address) and other identifying information about the computer or device you use to access your membership account for your holiday booking, in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorized transactions.
We use the information collected primarily to process the task for which you visited the website. Data collected is held in accordance with the international Data Protection Act. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorized access to this information. This safeguard may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information about your account details.
