Company Management in the UK and USA

As CEO of Calcium Tech, Wesley Baker is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, planning and sales implementation worldwide.

Previously, Wesley held the roles of CEO and product strategist at Pure Vacations and Excellsior and a number of other successful companies. Prior to that, he was senior management with in a host of corporate businesses in London and other locations worldwide.

Wesley Baker is also Chief Executive of software development company Scott Calvin Technologies. Wesley began his career aged just 16 as an inventory control assistant at Thomson Group in the city of London, and then progressed throughout the corporation into senior management.

Wesley has gained a reputation for his deep industry knowledge, management and entrepreneurial flair, and he is frequently tapped to provide industry interviews and assist new start up business. He was involved in a number of Dot.com start ups from 1994 to 1999 before setting his sights once again on the travel industry.

During his schooling years Wesley performed to an extremely high level in a multitude of sports (cricket, soccer, basketball, athletics, softball, tennis and badmington) including representing his country for some of these.  He has also lectured on Tourism, Business and Computer Studies at Mid-Kent College and Kent University. He has provided complex consultancy services to a variety of international business firms from small to medium sized companies to large corporations including Ulusoy, America West Airlines, Amtrak, and Days Inn of America Inc.

Whilst growing up he was often found programming and wrote a number of software game titles for the BBC micro and Nimbus computer systems in the 1980's.

In his free time he can be found playing in the ocean with a variety of water-sports, biking, playing golf or fishing with his family.  He is also a very keen cricket, baseball and Basketball follower.
